Booking Details
We ask for a 25% deposit with your booking and the balance to be paid one month prior to arrival. Cheques to be made payable to T.R. & J.E. Gingell.
Your cottage will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure.
The use of the cottage and amenities are at the hirers risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss, injury or damage to persons or property.
All reasonable care should be taken of the cottage and its contents, and we ask you to leave it clean and tidy.
Please let us know of any damage or breakages so that those coming after you will not be inconvenienced.
Although the hirer is responsible for any breakages we would not normally make a charge.
Cot, High Chair and stair gate are available on request.
Well behaved dogs are accepted by arrangement at the time of booking.
We have a no smoking policy in the cottages.
